Building confidence, increasing resilience and improving self-esteem
The Source is a charity committed to supporting young people in Aldershot and surrounding areas.
We are here to help local young people are struggling with their general wellbeing and mental health, leading to issues such as depression, anxiety, lack of confidence, low self-esteem, isolation, self-harm, relationship issues, and suicidal thoughts.
According to NHS Children’s Commissioner in 2022 1 in 5 children and young people aged 7 to 16 years and 1 in 4 young people aged 17 to 19 years have a probable mental health condition.
If that’s you, you’re not alone and we’re here to help.
